By making a booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.
All bookings are provisional until they are confirmed in writing upon receipt of a deposit.
To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit to the value of the first night of your stay per room will be requested. Bookings are honoured in your name for approximately one week whilst waiting for a deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit your booking is guaranteed and will be confirmed in writing. Methods of payment are arranged at the time of booking. We do not accept Credit or Debit cards at present.
Cancellation and Insurance In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to charge the outstanding balance of your booking unless we are able to re-let the room for the full duration. We therefore recommend that you take out insurance to cover any costs.
Damages and Breakages On rare occasions damages, breakages or spillage may occur. We ask and appreciate that guests report immediately any breakages, spillage or damage in their room during their stay. It is important that we can attend to any type of spillage on carpets, bedding and soft furnishings immediately the incident has taken place to avoid deep staining that may become difficult or impossible to remove if left - examples: drinks, milk, mud, medication, oils, nail varnish, nail varnish remover, shoe polish, hairspray etc. We do not normally charge for minor breakages but if the damage is significant a charge will be made to cover the costs of repair, making good or replacement with an invoice. An additional charge may be made if an incident is not reported.
Liability We do not accept any liability for any damages, loss or injury to any guests, vehicles or possessions unless to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Pets Regrettably we are unable to cater for pets
Smoking In compliance with the UK law all guests areas are no-smoking
