Studley Cottage B and B is within walking distance of all parts of Tunbridge Wells town. Guests wishing to walk into town are welcome to leave their car in the private driveway. Parking is free for guests and the length of time is unlimited.

Furnished with interesting antique furniture. Tastefully and elegantly decorated throughout, together with interesting pictures, paintings and prints. Wide selection of toiletries. The old coach room is where guests enjoy their tailored breakfasts. A wonderfully appointed dining room and a splendid place to relax over breakfast with views across pretty courtyard and gardens. The food is of an excellent standard with as much possible sourced from the local area. Top quality china, glassware and cutlery. Pretty, well maintained surrounding gardens. Extremely well located for the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
